LSS SmartCare In-Home Services
LSS SmartCare In-Home Services is the fastest growing program within Lutheran Social Services of New England. This “consumer directed" program was pioneered in New Hampshire in 2003. Today, more than 450 older disabled and chronically ill adults are served in their homes by caregivers of their choosing. LSS SmartCare In-Home Services has now expanded into Connecticut, Massachusetts and Maine.
